The Intake Process

During the first session, we will get to know each other. I will share with you what therapy with me will look like and answer all your questions. I’ll gather some history, as well as your current symptoms and stressors. We will explore your expectations and hopes for the process. 

Client Portal

I use an electronic health records system for billing, scheduling, and collecting electronic payments. Before we first meet, I will share a link to the client portal where they can fill out demographic info, insurance info if applicable, and sign my practice/policy documents. There are also some questionnaires I pass along for you to complete.

Fees & Insurance

$185 per 50 minute session

$250 per 60 minute EMDR intensive session

Payment is collected at the time of service. I accept credit and debit cards, checks, and cash.

I am in network with Cigna and First Choice. 

Telehealth (Online Sessions)

Currently, I am conducting all sessions via telehealth. EMDR is offered through telehealth as well.
